The annual competition of devising an ideal four-dish Indian meal - two meat, fish or poultry and two vegetarian attracted immediate, expert and worldwide entry. With over 5,000 entrants, from around the world, the competition was tougher than ever! Finalists had just 2½ hours to prepare, cook and present their meals!
